My name is Teresa Caldas. At the age of 18 I bought my first yoga book. I was fascinated by the strange poses, but even more so by what seemed to emanate from them.
Today, I’ve been teaching yoga for nearly 40 years, having studied with Dona Holleman, Orit Sen-Gupta and Mr. B.K.S. Iyengar himself. I’m here to support you in discovering the wisdom of this ancient practice for yourself, from within.
